Tne Laser of Scanner galvanometer welding machine is though scanner movement to achieve laser spot's fast moving, So the welding plane can be achieved within the scope of the welding ,arbitrary graphics by high-speed ,high-precision, and continuously , it is not the traditional automatic welding by stepping servo motor moving the workpiece welding, welding speed has greatly improved ( 5 times or more),and scan speed can reach speed 7m/s and spot weld 10pc/s.It adopted scanner type laser welding machine including YAG solid laser power, laser supply, opticalscan, system, field focus system, computer and edit control power, cooling system, laser indicate system,operate machine and 3 axis precision CNC worktable etc, with professional laser weld software so it can input,edit, deal with the AUTO CAD, CoreIDRAW etc on software.
